BodySculpt classes
Get your entire body worked out in one single class using light weights to define your upper body and heavier weights to train larger muscles in your lower body. Strengthen your core with specific attention on abs, butt and legs, finish with a stretch to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
(uses 3, 5 or 8lb. dumbbells, a mat and a pair of optional Bosu pods)
Core & Stretch Classes
By far, this is my most popular “feel good” class ever! Before the gyms closed, I taught this class 5 days a week at 4 different gyms and every class was sold out! I haven’t even had time to make a DVD of this routine, so there’s nothing like it in my DVD library! The first 30 minutes will take you through a mix of bodyweight training, core stability and Pilates-based abdominal floor work. The next 30 minutes is yoga-inspired deep stretches and balance training.
This class sets the foundation to make you stronger and more flexible for everyday activities and will keep you coming back as I show you how to start with the basics and then ramp up the intensity! (uses a mat, 2-3lb. dumbbells and optional Bosu pods)
